1. Fictional entertainment

Ghost Kombat presents imagined matchups, scenarios and endings created for hip-hop fans. Depictions of combat, actions, dialogue, rivalries and outcomes are fictional creative interpretations. They are not statements about any real person's conduct, beliefs, relationships, intentions, abilities or character. Nothing here reports or announces a real fight.

The project is intended as a creative tribute to hip-hop culture, not to humiliate, defame, threaten or encourage harm against anyone. Good intentions do not remove the rights of the people depicted.

2. Artificial intelligence & source photographs

Arena scenes, imagined fights and other labelled creative visuals are generated or manipulated using artificial intelligence. Any synthetic speech or performance used in these fictional stories is not an authentic recording of the depicted person speaking or performing it.

The current 50 Cent and Rick Ross voting-card portraits are source photographs, not AI-generated fight images. Their sources, authors and licences are listed in the portrait credits. A photograph used to identify a fictional matchup does not establish that the subject participated in the project.

3. No affiliation, approval or endorsement

Ghost Kombat and Ghost Direct are independent of the depicted artists and their estates, representatives, management, labels and associated businesses. No affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, authorisation or endorsement by those parties is claimed. The project is not an official artist account or an official celebrity competition.

References to Instagram describe where the series is published; they do not imply that Instagram or Meta sponsors, administers or endorses this project.

4. Names, likenesses & third-party rights

Artist names and likenesses identify the subjects of the fictional fan concept. Applicable personality, publicity, privacy, copyright and trademark rights remain with their respective holders. Ghost Direct does not claim ownership of those third-party rights.

Any rights claimed in Ghost Direct's original contributions are limited to contributions it owns or is entitled to use. Credits and this notice do not grant permission to reuse somebody else's protected material.

No blanket claim is made that all content is legally permitted because it is fan-made, transformative, artistic or well-intentioned. Any applicable exception or defence depends on the particular use and applicable law. This notice is a disclosure, not a licence, release or substitute for any required permission.

5. Audience participation

Votes and optional story suggestions provide creative input. They do not establish facts about the featured people, guarantee a particular winner or require the creator to use a particular idea. Counts, percentages and the ending are not shown during voting. A fictional outcome is revealed in the published episode.

Participation is intended to be free. This voting form offers no betting, cash prize or financial return. Do not submit threats, hateful material, private personal information or material you are not entitled to share. Use your own words for story suggestions.

6. Premiere notifications & personal information

When voting is open, email verification is required before a vote can be submitted. See the voting privacy notice for the organiser, purposes, access, retention and contact details. When voting is closed or unavailable, no vote is accepted.

The stated purpose of the email field is participation administration and notification about that fight's premiere. It does not subscribe a participant to general marketing. This fan-content notice is not a replacement for a privacy notice.

7. Rights concerns & corrections

If you are a depicted person, rights holder or authorised representative with a concern, contact the project through @ghost.directs on Instagram. Identify the relevant page or post, describe the concern, explain your relationship to the affected person or work, and provide a way to reply. Do not include sensitive identity documents in public comments.

The creator will review concerns and consider appropriate action, which may include clarification, correction, editing or removal. This process does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

8. Limits of this notice

This notice explains the project's presentation and intent. It does not establish that every use is lawful, remove liability, waive another person's rights or override mandatory law. It does not replace a case-specific legal review, particularly where monetisation, advertising, merchandise, music, voice simulation or commercial use of a person's likeness is involved.
